If Brandon White does in fact own the copyright to Cookie’s Bustle, he has not been able to prove it. When asked for documentation to back up his legal threat, he would not produce it. This is not the behavior of someone trying to protect their rights in good faith.

However, these do not prove ownership of the game’s copyright. There are many reasons why someone might have these assets. For example, the VGHF Library has high-resolution art and development assets from Tomb Raider III. This does not mean that we own the copyright to Tomb Raider III.
